TERMS: **SPECIFIC TO THIS PARTICULAR AUCTION**
Range Oven, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer REMAIN WITH THE HOUSE as well as any permanent fixtures such as lights, ceiling fans, anything attached to the walls.
Highest bidder will be responsible for the removal of ALL other remaining items. Highest bidder will have 5 business days in which to remove all contents from the house (with exception of the appliances noted above) and have it broom swept. $1,000 deposit will be required from the buyer of auction contents prior to provided lockbox combination . Funds required in cash or certified funds and held by Don Rose Auctioneers. All trash and items must ALL be removed from the property in order to receive back the $1,000 deposit. Auctioneer and staff have NOT removed any property or items from this estate. There is an upright piano that also must be removed.
