| Payment Terms | PAYMENT TERMS: Cashier's check for the total amount of invoice made payable to Don Rose Auctioneers, LLC. Payment due upon pickup of vehicle and title will be transferred. Credit Cards will not be charged for the purchase. There will be no open titles. Purchase price on title will be the final bid price without buyer's premium. Auctioneer will contact buyer for pickup arrangements. Buyer assumes all responsibility once vehicle is picked up and/or removed from Don Rose Auctioneers, LLC. |
